TOURS
Picture yourself standing next to your snowmobile from Snowy Range Tours. A freshly fallen snow blankets the mountains as far as the eye can see. You are in the Snowy Range Mountains. Not a sound, except for your quick breaths of anticipation as you climb aboard you sled. With a flick of the key, and a squeeze of the throttle, you are on your way to an experience full of excitement, speed and breath taking fun.
A full-day tour starts around 8:30 a.m. when one of our guides meets you or your group. Don’t worry if you have never ridden a snowmobile before, your guide will teach you some of the skills needed to ride comfortably and safely. Make sure to dress for wintertime conditions! Bring clothes and boots that will keep you warm, comfortable, and dry. Layering is an excellent idea. If you lack any of these items, we will gladly provide you with the necessary equipment needed at no additional charge.
Your day will begin with a four hour ride in the morning tailored to your skill level and the type of conditions you seek. After the morning ride, you will make your way to the historic Medicine Bow Lodge to relax by the fire, swap stories, and enjoy a complimentary, handcrafted meal from the menu. Following lunch, you will venture out and continue to ride the trails, carve through untracked powder, navigate the trees, or climb the hills. Remember, this tour is catered just for you! So if you’re a beginner, intermediate, or expert rider, Snowy Range Tours will guarantee a memorable snowmobile experience.
If you are not up for a full day of riding, then a half-day guided tour may be the answer. Half-day rides are conducted in the morning or the afternoon in four hour increments.
